SINE NOMINE is a private event of The Endurance Society. The Endurance Society's private events are operated sub rosa (under the rose). The organizers, staff, and all attendees, past and future, are sworn to complete secrecy.

By registering, you understand and agree to the following:

1. You will be completely cut-off from the rest of the world, for the entire duration of the event.

2. Mobile phones, computers, or any other communication or electronic navigation devices are prohibited.

3. The event will take place at Merck Forest.

4. A list of mandatory gear will be released to you before the event.

5. Support crews and pacers are prohibited. Limited spectators are allowed but they must be respectful and not interfere with the race in any way.

6. The venue is on private property.

7. The organizers and staff reserve the right to remove you from the event at any time, for any reason, including medical safety.
